Wire form manufacturing and bending of metal wire parts
We manufacture metal wire forms and wire parts as a contract manufacturing service for industrial companies and product manufacturers. Parts are produced according to drawings, 3D models or samples, ensuring repeatable quality in serial deliveries. We produce both individual components and welded assemblies prepared for further assembly or coating.
Before starting production, we evaluate part geometry and manufacturing technology to ensure stable results in repeat batches. We work with STEP, DWG and PDF technical files and verify manufacturability prior to production to guarantee consistent serial repeatability.

Manufacturing capabilities
Wire processing is performed using CNC bending, forming and cutting according to technical documentation. Depending on project requirements, we also provide resistance welding and spot welding as well as welded assembly manufacturing. Production processes are configured for serial manufacturing, maintaining consistent tolerances and geometry in every batch. 
Materials
We process carbon steel, stainless steel and galvanized steel wire in various diameters according to structural and operating requirements. Material selection is based on mechanical load, corrosion environment and product application.
Production volumes
We manufacture prototypes, pilot batches and provide regular serial deliveries. For serial projects, technological parameters and control points are defined to maintain identical geometry and quality over long-term production.
Applications
Wire parts are used in furniture components, retail equipment, industrial equipment, structural elements and mechanical assemblies. Parts can be delivered as individual components or as part of an assembled unit.
